Poem challenge: Simply 400 

One hundred days have passed since the photo challenge: Simply 500, and on 22nd of June it is only 400 days left to the 22nd World Scout Jamboree. Time flies! Inspired by an activity from the 21st World Scout Jamboree in the United Kingdom 2007 we want to challenge you to write a poem touching upon one or more of the three key concepts for the next Jamboree: Nature - Solidarity - Meetings.

When you are done, upload the poem to the Jamboree's fan page wall on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/jamboree2011

And please send the poem by e-mail to post@jamboree2011.posterous.com as well. By doing so, it will be published on the countdown blog: http://jamboree2011.posterous.com/ within 12 hours.

Plus que 400 jours, place au Défi Poème

Cent jours ont passé depuis le lancement du Défi Photo. Le 22 juin, seulement 400 jours nous séparerons du 22ème Jamboree Scout Mondial. Le temps file à toute vitesse ! Nous voudrions te soumettre un défi inspiré du 21ème Jamboree Scout Mondial qui a eu lieu au Royaume-Uni en 2007 : écris un poème en lien avec au moins l’un des trois concepts clés du prochain Jamboree : Rencontres – Nature – Solidarité.

Eine neue Aufgabe: Gedichte Simply 400

Tatsächlich sind schon wieder 100 Tage vergangen, seit wir euch zum Fotowettbewerb Simply 500 herausgefordert haben. Am 22. Juni ist es dann soweit: es sind nur noch 400 Tage bis zum 22. World Scout Jamboree. Wie die Zeit rast! Eine Aktivität während des 21 World Scout Jamboree in Großbritannien hat uns jedoch zu neuen Taten inspiriert. Wir fordern euch heraus, ein Gedicht zu schreiben, das eins oder mehrere der drei Kernbereiche des kommenden Jamboree beinhalten: Natur - Solidarität - Treffen.

Central Yorkshire World Scout Jamboree Selection Weekend recognising 500 days left to the start of the Jamboree. We grabbed this photo by arranging our 60 applicants in a big 500 at Bramhope Scout Campsite in north Leeds during their selection weekend! =D
